At NexCreator, our services are entirely digital, and therefore, we do not offer physical products that require shipping. Below is our policy regarding the delivery of digital services related to influencer marketing collaborations on our platform.

Delivery of Services

NexCreator facilitates collaborations between brands and influencers, offering digital marketing services. Upon successful hiring of an influencer through our platform, the following steps outline the delivery process:
For Brands: Once the brand hires an influencer, all communication, content creation, and campaign execution will be conducted through digital means (email, chat, or in-platform messaging). The influencer will deliver the agreed-upon content directly to the brand in the specified format, within the agreed-upon timeline.
For Influencers: After a brand hires you through the platform, your task is to create and deliver content as per the agreed-upon terms and timeline. All deliveries, including draft submissions and final files, must be sent digitally through the NexCreator platform or via direct communication channels provided by the brand.

Timelines

The timeline for the delivery of services is subject to the agreement between the brand and the influencer. NexCreator is not responsible for delays caused by either party but encourages clear communication to ensure timely project completion.
Project Start Date: Influencers are expected to begin work on the project once they receive all necessary assets and instructions from the brand.
Delivery Date: The delivery date for the project will be set according to the mutual agreement between the brand and influencer during the hiring process. Any revisions or changes may affect the final delivery date.

Failure of Delivery

If either the brand or influencer fails to meet their obligations within the agreed timeline, NexCreator reserves the right to review the situation. Both parties must communicate openly and promptly about any delays or issues that may impact the delivery of services.
Refunds or Compensation: In cases where there is a significant delay or failure to deliver the agreed content by the influencer, NexCreator may mediate between the parties to seek a fair resolution, including but not limited to refunding the brand or arranging for a replacement influencer, depending on the circumstances.

Digital Nature of Services

All services provided on NexCreator are digital and non-tangible. As such, there are no shipping or physical deliveries involved. All collaborations, communications, and content delivery are managed through digital channels, including emails, messaging, file uploads, and downloads.

Communication

Both brands and influencers are encouraged to keep communication channels open and active throughout the project duration. Any issues related to delivery timelines, content revisions, or expectations should be communicated promptly.
